Booking and Cancellation Policy:
1 – ROOM RATES
- Advertised internet prices, brochures or any other advertising are valid only for the specified dates and may vary without notice;
- Rates include lodging with breakfast (any other meals and services will be charged separately).
2 – Payment Methods
- We request the payment of 50% of the total stay, to be made 14 days before arrival. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date will be charged immediately 50% of the total stay, in the form of deposit into bank account or pre-payment on credit card;
- The reservation will only be confirmed after receiveing the deposit receipt (via e-mail) and confirmation of the same made by the financial sector of the hotel;
- The balance must be paid at check-out along with any extra expenses, on credit, debit or cash cards (we do not accept payments in traveller checks).
3 – Refunds and Cancellations Policy
- Requests for cancellation should be forwarded to the reservations department via email or telephone;
- Cancellations or postponements made more than 15 days prior to the check-in date will have a full refund or letter of credit valid for 6 months (excluding bank or administrative expenses if any);
- Cancellations or postponements made between 14 and 07 days of the check-in date will have 70% refund or letter of credit valid for 6 months;
- Cancellations or postponements made less than 06 days and in the show, there will be no refund of the amount paid;
- Drop-off at check-in and early check-out, there will be no discount on the value of the stay;
- NO SHOW – The room will be available for rental 24 hours after the check-in time.
4 – Children’s Policy
- From 0 to 6 years, one child FREE in the same room as the parents or legal guardian;
- From 7 to 12 years old, in the same room as the parents or legal guardian, the child will pay an extra bed;
- From the age of 13 and on, the child will be charged as an adult, in the same apartment as the parents or legal guardian.
